I'd like strategic advice on developing a salary schedule and compensation package for employees instead of hiring independent contractors. Would like advice also on organizational structure.

Our mission
The mission of ForWords Literacy Lab is to provide 21st century literacy skills necessary for success in academics and in the work world. ForWords brings literacy development programs to underserved first generation students and their schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What we do
We provide both community and in-school programs in middle and high schools. Through classroom study and field experiences, we explore social, economic, and political causes of educational inequity in order to provide enriched English Language Literature curricula paired with technology and the arts. We work closely with classroom teachers to make sure these programs are sustainable and are aligned with the academic requirements of our local schools.
