Project details

What we need
  • Consultation regarding the Organization's current branding and desired branding objectives
  • Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials
  • High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
Additional details

We need to create a branded graphic for our big new Dementia Friendly Community program which can be used on a certificate for volunteers who complete the program and as an icon that can be inserted on one's email signature, the partner organization's website and social media. The graphic should reflect the look/graphic themes of our PSS Circle of Care logo and tagline and the Dementia Friendly Community concept. I can explain more when we talk..

What we have in place
  • Description of the Dementia Friendly Community program (what it is, what one does as a participant), our PSS Circle of Care logo and tagline, and an email from our executive director that elaborates on the short description I've written.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to promote the Dementia Friendly Community program more widely.

It's a major new initiative for our PSS Circle Care program which provides at no cost (funded by government grants) valuable services to caregivers of a family member or friend with dementia, which can be very challenging and stressful. The Dementia Friendly Community program will help both the caregiver and person with dementia.

Our mission

To strengthen the capacity of older New Yorkers, their families, and communities to thrive.

What we do

PSS was founded in 1962 as Presbyterian Senior Services by volunteers to serve older members of their church community. Today, PSS is an innovative, multi-service nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency whose mission is to strengthen the capacity of older New Yorkers, their families, and communities to thrive. PSS has over 70 dedicated staff and over 250 committed volunteers and interns. With a $6+ million annual budget, we are able to run nine busy community centers for older adults, family caregiver and kinship family support programs through PSS Circle of Care three residences - including the first one purposefully built for grandparents raising children - and Coming of Age NYC's popular educational programs that inspire adults 50+ to live with passion and purpose.
