What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Would love some help updating our Human Resources Guidebook! We have some areas that definitely need an expert's eye to be brought up to date
What we have in place
- We currently have our existing HR Guidebook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff Leadership Team to work together towards this goal, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,005 , allowing us to focus our time and attention on other areas like budgeting and program development!
Parts of our Guidebook are "cobbled together" and really need to be updated to be in compliance with standards, but also, understandable for our staff.
