I am in the beginning stages creating restaurant programs unify how independent as well as large chains can help support Operation BBQ Relief and our mission of feeding the one hot meal that matters.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a solid idea, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some current examples of what we are doing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to serve the one hot meal that matters to 6000 people in need.

This will allow us to strategically co after the entire industry and create a systematic way for restaurants supporter needs.

  • Volunteer Manager shares all available materials with Professional including preliminary program outline, as well as Organization mission statement, vision, and overview of current strategies
  • Volunteer Manager shares existing project management plans, branding guidelines, and style preferences (if any)

Milestone 1: Analysis
  • Professional reviews and analyzes gathered prep materials
  • Professional connects with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming session to review existing services, programs, and preliminary program goals
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on best approach and structure of the program strategy and goals

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional refines the Organization’s program vision and values (if necessary)
  • Professional proposes strategic goals and objectives with tactics to reach those goals such as management process, team roles and assignments, constraints, assumptions, and high level timeline/deadlines
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional's proposals

  • Professional delivers a strategic plan outlining implementation of recommendations

During Gray Sky Days - We feed communities and first responders after disaster strikes.

During Blue Sky Days - We focus on supporting first responders, veterans, military members and their families through grilling and bbq classes. We bring them together to provide life skills using food and bringing them together around the family table.
