Our current organizational structure lends to segregated teams with isolated goals and objectives. We'd like to see our organization operate in a more interconnected manner with interconnected objectives to create greater impact. With limited staff and resources, we are pushed to be more efficient than ever... working toward extremely ambitious goals.
We drafted an alternative organizational chart, but are unsure that this will really help us achieve our objective.
We provide school districts in NJ with the means to improve their culture, climate and health resulting in an environment where all children can thrive socially, emotionally, physically and academically and where the students, their family, and the wider community are engaged in the schools.
