- Transcript(s) for up to 5 hours of audio/video recordings
Additional details
Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle is a grassroots think tank in Baltimore. We're releasing a new podcast, In Search of Black Power, in February. It's an audio documentary-style podcast doing deep dives on issues relating to Black politics, Black culture, and Black life form an activist/social justice perspective.
Based upon early feedback we have received, many people said it would be helpful if they had transcripts of the podcasts, so we're looking for help transcribing our 5th episode.
What we have in place
- We currently have fully edited, sharbale mp3 of the episode, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff tasked with corresponding with catachafire volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,366 , allowing us to reinvest in the website, including producing more content and engaging authors.
Having transcriptions will allow our information to be accessible to a broader audience.
It will make it easier for us to do video advertisements for the podcast.
Also, it will allow our material to be more easily locatable via search engines.
