What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We are a nonprofit union organization , that is currently growing a lot. With this growth , I have discovered that we don't have an official employee handbook. We would need some one to take our Collective barging agreement, Our current polices and combine them to create and employee handbook.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a handbook that has been started already, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our CBA , and other non-profit handbook templates, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to This will allow us to provide better training and coaching to our managers with regards to managing staff appropriately

With our new growth , this will help us to better orientate and ensure they have a clear understanding of what's expected of them.

Our mission

NLS strives to meet the civil legal needs of the poor and vulnerable through effective legal representation and education. Our support takes many forms. We educate, we give advice, and we provide representation in court. Our clients all experience a legal in crisis, with their basic needs for safety and security being threatened by domestic violence, eviction and/or unscrupulous creditors. In every case, legal aid advocates quickly address the client's issues and provide compassionate effective intervention. Civil legal aid provided by NLS helps ensure fairness for all in the justice system, regardless of how much money you have.
