What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders

We are a nonprofit theatre in Atlanta and our staff is fairly data literate. We are paying attention to the collection and segmentation of our data but we are now ready to use our data in a more useful manner.
What we have in place
- We currently have patron, donor and Google Analytics data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some demographic and psychographic data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to better target and segment our patron data in order to help people learn about the programming that is most important to them.
Unfortunately in the grand scheme of things, maintaining a useful data analytics program is often an afterthought during our daily planning. This project would be important in giving us a foundation to integrate our data program into our marketing program efficiently.
