Project details

What we need
  • A visual redo of the Organization's website
  • Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
  • Mock-ups of key site pages
  • Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
  • Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
Additional details

WFN uses Word press for our website. The staff has been updating it as we go, but sometimes we need additional expertise to update content on the site... including changing the look and feel of some pages, and the functionality of others.

What we have in place
  • Our small staff currently update the website, but do not have the skills or time to enhance the visual aspects or some of the functionality of the site.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to save money and time.

We are a global network and our website is critical in us providing services and information to our members and supporters online.

Our mission

Our mission is to bring together the financial power and influence of funders of gender equity in order to address and solve critical and complex social issues ranging from poverty to global security.

What we do

Thirty-three years ago, the women's funding movement was a gathering of about 20 leaders who were convinced that philanthropy and social change needed to more fully recognize and include women's voices. Learn more about our unique history and the efforts of women across centuries to spark greater investment in issues affecting women and girls.

Today, Women's Funding Network is a growing community of more than 100 women's funds and foundations spanning 14 countries. Our latest annual report and impact reports share stories, data, and more about how our Network is making a difference locally, regionally, and globally.

Serving this growing community is the task of a diverse team, including our talented staff and our Board of Directors comprised of member representatives, visionary supporters, and thought leaders from around the world.
