  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project

Plan our Annual Waiuli Ocean Festival to be held in December

  • We currently have a scattered plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have many excel spreadsheets of information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put it to other event expenses.

So that we can put on the best event for our community.
