Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of the current process and creation of a current state map
  • A document outlining potential goals of process improvement
What we have in place
  • We currently have a clear end goal, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committee dedicated to process change, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to more quickly move forward toward our goal, and have funds to use toward identified improvements and other projects.

Our agency currently has One Stop Centers and satellite job hubs that help people every day get jobs and the services they need. However, each center processes their intake differently, which makes it difficult to have consistency in service quality and customer intake. This project will help our organization by assessing the inconsistencies we need to change in order to reach our end goal/vision that will ultimately help us provide consistent high quality services to the people of Baltimore.
