Impact statement
This project will save us $8,908 , allowing us to keep operational costs down, put the funds toward materials, systems, and other implementation of the new plan.

Project Details

What We Need
  • A Membership Strategy document of up to 10 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new and improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a membership list with join dates, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have membership marketing materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

Our membership numbers are declining because older members leave, but younger members are not replacing them. Members allow us to represent the community in legal battles for the environment, and without members we have no standing. Membership dollars also allow us to provide educational programming and member benefits. The smaller the number of members, the fewer programs we can provide.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
