Team Building

We want to implement a training program for our staff that provides professional development over the course of year.

What we have in place
  • We currently have existing training materials, which should make it easy for you to get started.

We also have designated staff to manage this project and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,500 , allowing us to use our resources on other program related activities.

SLATE-Z is in its startup phase and is quickly growing. We interact with various levels of constituents, including elected officials, executives, local businesses, and residents. Our team members often plan and facilitate meetings, make presentations, and attend events and conferences.

To ensure that each of our team members are prepared for their role within SLATE-Z, we want them to complete professional training that will help them put their best foot forward in any setting they're in.
