Ensure leadership comes from a place of authenticity and clarity.

What we have in place
  • We currently have clear roles and a clear outline of the work we do, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have community leadership development, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to increase our capacity and provide leadership and training opportunities in disenfranchised and dis-invested communities.

We are based in Skid Row, DTLA. We help people dealing with poverty create & discover opportunities, while serving as a vehicle to ensure they have voice, power and opinion in the decisions that directly affect them. Our primary strategy is organizing homeless and extremely low-income community residents to drive positive structural and policy change rooted in the experience and needs of those experiencing poverty. This project will broaden our reach & boost visibility of this important work.

  • In-depth discussions may include issues such as strategy and goal-setting, program management, personnel management, and board management
  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss areas and actionable items to focus on going forward
