Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details

We have recently had our logo recreated and a new brand guide made, so we are looking to up our website's presence and substance as well. Before we do that, we would like to have an audit performed to see what specifically needs to be done. We have already had one call with a brand specialist who has conveyed to us that our current website does not showcase our mission well enough, and would like another set of eyes to help us really pare down what needs to be changed.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a WordPress account which includes traffic metrics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have feedback from one brand specialist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to pay security deposits for four individuals and their families, ensuring they have a permanent place to live.

Our website needs to be overhauled and brought into 2019. This is the first step in the process. On a larger scale, we are looking to ensure that all of our agency's online and physical presences reflect our mission first, and overhauling our website will help with this. Finally, an updated website will help us to attract new clients, donors, and volunteers, in conjunction with an SEO plan (which would be a separate project apart from this website audit).

Erinne was wonderful to work with. Additionally, Erinne agreed to continue to collaborate with us as we move into the website design stage with our newest Catchafire volunteer.
