  • Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
  • Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
What we have in place
  • We currently have An organization but no structured bylaws, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Members with plans but no clear vision and mission, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to allocate that money in community development

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates

  • Professional delivers finalized, copy-edited version to the Volunteer Manager
