What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
Hui Ho`oleimaluo puts on an annual ocean awareness community event with numerous activities for the children including a surf competition, a fishing tournament, and a rough-water swim. In order to encourage participation, we ask for donations from various companies to provide prizes for winners. This is what we need a letter for.
What we have in place
- We currently have a letter drafted from previous year events, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to put these funds towards the event needs.
This letter will help solidify a letter that shows legitimacy to our organization in asking for prizes for this community event.
