Camden Rep provides a hub of safety and creative expression in the midst of endemic underemployment and undereducation; maintains strong ties and deep roots in the community; offers first-class performing arts to Camden residents; develops artists, arts administrators, and arts educators of color; and serves as a beacon of urban revitalization to end Camden's cycles of poverty.
