What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have Am Employee Handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Organizational collatoral, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Allocate dollars towards our signature program for college students.
We are in the process of refining our staffing plan and this will help us to onboard new employees.
