What we need
  • Clearly defined roles and responsibilities
  • Organizational chart that clearly defines reporting structures
What we have in place
  • We currently have an organizational chart, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have building and office policies in process, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus on moving certain projects such as website development, internal processes, program development, and governance forward.

It is crucial at this time to gain some greater knowledge on processes and policies that can support our organization (Calls are scheduled for PST)

Prep: Material Distribution & Review
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with current job descriptions and Organization chart along with background information about the Organization’s mission and goals
  • Professional reviews documents shared, requests any additional information needed, and creates an agenda for the project goal-setting call.

Milestone 1: Goal Establishment & Needs Analysis
  • Professional connects with Organization for a brainstorming/overview session and gathers information about any current issues with flow and efficiency within the Organization
  • Professional analyzes current job roles and reporting structure

Milestone 2: Initial Draft
  • Professional refines the job descriptions and reporting structure
  • Professional maps out an Organization chart
  • Professional shares first draft with Volunteer Manager

Milestone 3: Design & Chart Delivery
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional’s proposals
  • Professional incorporates feedback and delivers an Organizational Design and chart ready for implementation
