Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

Good afternoon,

Now in our 6th year, I am humbled to have served over 12, 000 kids partnering with half of the elementary middle school in Baltimore City. Recently moving into the non profit space, and realizing that in order maintain & scale our programming at a high level of service, as leader I am in need of some guidance, coaching and professional development. Strategic planning, fundraising, branding/marketing & business development are some of the areas I feel are priorities

What we have in place
  • We currently have we a fiscal sponsor, that are able to assist with some needs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data, that speak to program satisfaction & impact from 2013, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to better support our current staff, and supplement our current programming.

Prior to starting this organization, 6 years ago, I was a PE & Health teach who happened to find his calling & now realize I have reached a plateau in my leadership capacity. Recently, moving into the non profit space I realize, as Steven Covey states, it is time for me to "sharpen the saw", to better serve our current partners and to scale at a high level of service. With leadership coaching, I hope to better serve the organization and all stakeholders in the short & long term future.

Working with Robert was great!! He was patient & empathetic to understanding some of the many challenges that I have faced as a leader in a growing non profit. Every session we had a focused agenda items but when necessary he took the time to explore in depth a specific issue. I would highly recommend him and I plan to continue to utilize him as a coach for some time to come. THANK YOU CATCHAFIRE & ROBERT!
