What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Fine Art Miracles, Inc. hires all independent contractors, so this is a Staff Manual, not an Employee Handbook. We have a rudimentary outline of what we need. We need someone to hone the outline and flesh out the content.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an outline and a description of services, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website and a facebook page for references, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to design and offer more programming to challenged children and adults, which means designing more ROBOTS and Learning Mats, more Multi-Sensory Sessions, and more Lesson Plans! Everybody benefits!

For the last 12 years we have explained our procedures during the interview process and our staff has had NO written material to refer to. So much information is shared at one time that almost no one can remember what to do when, for instance, it's snowing in Buffalo and there is a whiteout, or a teacher in Pittsburgh has a flat tire from one of our legendary potholes, and she can't reach the client; added to that, we'd like to scale, and we can't move forward without this important manual.
