Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I began at this non-profit as an Americorps VISTA member and am transitioning to be the full-time staff member for my department. I am the only person in my department at the moment, so I would like to learn how to better lead it as I continue managing volunteers through Catchafire and eventually leading a marketing team at my non-profit.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a full-time, enthusiastic staff member who is eager to learn more about being a more effective/efficient leader.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to provide more mentoring matches for our community.

Since the marketing department is only one person, making them a more effective leader will increase self-confidence which in turn will positively impact productivity, and decision making.
