I've created a logic model (on paper) for one of our grant projects and would like to turn it into an info graphic.
What we have in place
- We currently have an image of logic model that I created, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have info graphics pertaining to the overall project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to keep more of the grant dollars for social programming that directly helps in reducing social isolation for older adults in rural communities.
This info graphic will help display our process to our grant funders. Since this is the first human-center design project our organization has taken on, we want to make sure that we can clearly show others what we did over the 18 months.
