We use Squarespace as our website vendor and a digital marketing firm for our Google AdGrant management. Right now we have some conversion tracking set up through Tag Manager and Analytics. We need help making sure there are not duplicative tracking codes on our website as well as setting up best practices for reporting and measuring our different web spaces.
Like every business for-profit or non-profit improving our online presence starts with understanding our data. In order to increase engagement and conversions on our site we need help fine tuning our analytics platform. This project will really help us understand what we are doing right and doing wrong in terms of our digital presence and hopefully allow us to make changes that result in an increase in leads and donations.
We currently have both analytics and tag manager set up which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a squarespace hosted system which makes for easy editing and implementation and the ability to provide any other information you need.
Basically, we have growth hacked this thing together over the last 5 years, doubling our revenue every year. We have an immense duty to our veterans and their families and are always looking for ways to improve our services we provide to them.
