What we need
  • Analysis of accounting needs and assessment of current accounting practices
  • Recommendations for process improvements and report generation
  • Recommendations for appropriate bookkeeping software and related costs (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen bookkeeping software (if necessary)
  • Training on data input and essential reports to generate

We just upgraded our QB system and I am totally lost. I've asked the QB customer service team three times what the best software is for nonprofits and I've had to change it each time. But the software we have I'm still not comfortable with as we don't sell anything and don't have customers. I just need to be able to track our spending and generate the appropriate reports...

What we have in place
  • We currently have QuickBooks Pro, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff who are available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,779 , allowing us to We thought about hiring a professional and we just can't afford it. This would be saving us over $5000! Saving that kind of money allows us todo more leadership training for our young people.

This is extremely important. I am transitioning out of the organization ad trying really hard to get our finance systems in order for the incoming ED next year. I am at a serious loss and short of tearing out my hair,I decided to post the project and see if there is anyone out in the ethereal digital-space who can help us.
