  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

A high impact report that will help us advocate more effectively by not only highlighting our evidence-based model but showcasing our impact through testimonials that:
-tells our story, which speaks to a long history of empower students, preparing them to overcome barriers, and equipping them for success.
-leverages our current resources and strategically reallocate our time to achieve the greatest impact over the next 9 months which is a critical time for advocacy in the state of Texas.

What we have in place
  • We currently have data, stories, and templates, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have branding guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to to invest in providing caring professionals that build personal relationships with thousands of students across Texas.

The success of our organization depends on strong visibility for strategic growth in Texas. Without your help, we cannot build the toolkit needed to communicate the need. Your skills will empower us to advocate and tell our stories most effectively.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
