What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
What we have in place
- We currently have ideas on what to survey, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person who understands the cultural, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Girls Inc. has launched a three-year Strategic and Operational Plan. The plan is to focus on efficiencies and organizational sustainability in order to maintain our high quality impact on girls' lives, with a specific focus on investing in our people.
The primary reason for creating the survey is to measure the engagement level of staff, and to determine which areas of engagement are the highest priority, including the following: opportunities for advancement, recognition, job role clarity and support, training & development opportunities, leadership, work environment, etc.
