Project details

What we need
  • Written copy for an email fundraising series (up to four emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign
  • Directions on how to send the campaign in an established email marketing service, such as: Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, etc.
  • Training on how to successfully update, send, and monitor the campaign
Additional details

We would like to have a different approach and message for businesses than for families. We have several different affinity groups within the Y and I would like to be able to tailor the message to each - daycare/aftercare, campers, swim team, seniors, fitness club.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Director of Community Development who will work with you, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have messaging, logos and statistics about how we positively impact the community, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,140 , allowing us to give those dollars directly back into the community through scholarships so that at need families can attend health and wellness programs, daycare and/or summer camp.

The Cheshire Community YMCA relies on donations from local businesses and individuals to provide support to those in need within our community. We have not done a good job engaging either group in the past. We need to engage the community, tell them what we do and why it is important for them to help.
