Succession Planning
Succession Planning
Project details
What we need
- A written succession plan that outlines a vision of the future leadership team, how to develop future leaders within the Organization and/or seek new talent to fill gaps, strategies for reducing disruption during a transition, and a draft timeline for any known upcoming leadership changes.
- Coaching on how to engage senior leaders and key funders, and strategies for gaining the commitment of board members and staff to manage a planned or an unexpected transition intentionally.
What we have in place
- We currently have our leadership team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our executive director, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,398 , allowing us to create a model of succession for each leadership position and to train apprentice to step in as others move up or move on.
The success of our organization depends on developing quality people in place to implement our mission. Without your help, we cannot develop a succession plan for each person in leadership. Your skills will empower us to creat succession plan for our key leadership position.
