Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Development of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: This project is for a website built with a Content Management System (CMS), such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly . A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily (no coding required!)
Additional details
We would love a professional-looking website that not only welcomes interested parties to learn more, but showcases the athleticism of the sport of roller derby.
What we have in place
- We currently have the previous layout in our Wordpress account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have prepared content and an outline for placement, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,822 , allowing us to fully focus on our training programs for adults and children.
Philly Roller Derby is run by volunteers who dedicate their time, money and energy to help PRD grow. Without a functioning website, we struggle to reach interested people in the community and recruit new members. This project will 1) allow current members to participate more in our marketing and communications efforts through a website that we can understand how to use, and 2) enable us to share information about our organization so that we can grow a strong, diverse, well-rounded membership base. We hope our programs continue to grow and this will help us expand our reach.
