- We currently have an elevator pitch, a facebook page, witter account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a monthly newsletter, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,460 , allowing us to This project will save us $8660 allowing us support 4 organisations to build their systems and change the image of their orgs.
As a capacity building program, sharing about our story and interacting with different stakeholders is key. Its very import to impress the strategic partners, donors and organisations we serve through effective communication. This project will help build trust and effective communication as we reach out to more strategic partners and donors.

Our mission
The Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment builds local capacity to lead community change in rural East Africa.
What we do
FCDE empowers communities to lead their own development by increasing the effectiveness and sustainability of local organizations. We help grassroots partners assess, envision and attain organizational growth that drives community change. Together, this is how we do it:
-Build Skills & Knowledge: We deliver customized training and coaching.
-Create Connections: We foster networks and strategic relationships that fuel ideas and partnerships.
-Unlock Resources: We link partners to funding, technology, workspace and skilled support.
-Grow Local Solutions: We lead collaborative initiatives that build on local development solutions.
