Project details
What we need
- A photographer who will work with the Organization over 1-2 days to capture an important event or shoot a series of photographs to tell the Organization's story
- A set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in JPEG or TIFF format suitable for web or print use
- Note: The photographer needs to be available in the same geographical location as the Organization or be willing to travel at own expense
What we have in place
- We have just finished a paid engagement with an HR consultant to identify our employer value proposition and key strategies for attracting and advancing a strong and diverse applicant pool for open positions. We have already worked with several interested staff to capture their experience as an employee and share it with prospective job applicants. We recently launched a new careers page on our website. These photographs would be integrated into these existing projects to help take them to the next level and achieve our HR goals.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,048 , allowing us to recruit talented staff to advance our organizational growth goals, so that we can bring our high-impact program model to more families across the region and the country.
Compass is a small but fast-growing nonprofit organization. Over the past year, we have taken strides to enhance how we recruit and onboard new staff in order to achieve two important goals: first, to build our team in order to be able to capitalize on opportunities to expand our work, and second, to attract and advance a diverse pool of job applicants who reflect the diverse backgrounds of the clients we serve. Photographs for print and online use that capture our staff in action will help to bring our work to life for these prospective applicants.

Our mission
Compass Working Capital ("Compass") provides savings and financial coaching programs that support families with low incomes to build assets, achieve their financial goals, and become financially secure. Our broader vision is to build a leading, nonprofit financial services organization that promotes economic mobility and financial security for families with low incomes by influencing field-related practice and policy.
