What we have in place
- We currently have An older wage scale analysis spreadsheet., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job descriptions and an organizational chart, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to Retain employees and create more ease around pay and reviews.
The organization needs to refine it`s compensation plan as well as the evaluation process that ties into that plan With a better system we hope to retain people and take pressure off of managers who are currently working within a slightly dysfunctional model We want to have clearly defined wage scales for each role and find a way to be transparent with employees about their track to higher wages and where they may potentially top-out within the organization We`d like to see more equality and a higher wage average.
