Event Branding & Marketing Materials

Project details

What we need
  • A branded theme for a specific event based on the Organization's existing visual brand identity
  • Materials for the event including, but not limited to, invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Assets and branding guidelines for use in other materials (if applicable)
  • Note: This project does not include the production or printing of physical materials
What we have in place
  • We currently have marketing materials from past Extra Mile Celebrations, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have event materials from the past 13 Extra Mile Galas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,666 , allowing us to increase our revenue margins from corporate sponsorships at the event so that money can go towards program needs and not event costs.

The Extra Mile Celebration is our biggest fundraising event of the year. We bring the corporate community together with our students, mentors, and supporters for a night to raise money and celebrate our successes. This will be our 14th Extra Mile Celebration and we create a new theme every year. This year's theme is mentorship.

Our mission

To transform lives through mentoring and long distance running.

What we do

Students Run Philly Style (SRPS) pairs students, in grades 6-12, with adult, volunteer Mentors to prepare them to train for the ultimate challenge - completing a long-distance race. SRPS youth and Mentors train side by side, 3 times per week, to reach their milestone goal. This shared challenge is transformative, helping students build confidence, connect with their community and establish healthy habits for the long term. SRPS is free to all enrolled.

Through mentoring, running and goal setting, SRPS provides youth with safe, accessible physical activity, the chance to build positive relationships and the opportunities to set and reach long-term goals.

Our organization is a part of GSK Impact Awards US.
