Project details

What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
What we have in place
  • We currently have a creative, dedicated staff, clear values and mission, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a GSuite account and all the information needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $992 , allowing us to provide an additional Title-I-school residency and 1 after-shool program while focusing fully on launching and optimizing all the systems needed to prepare for growth.

The success of our organization depends on efficient, professional workflow. Without your help, we cannot implement best practices setting up this new system. Your skills will empower us to focus our attention on mission and best serve constituents.

  • Volunteer Manager applies for G Suite for Nonprofits , or has a Google Workspace account and is ready to set it up

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager shares current suite of applications team uses, along with current storage and file management system
  • Professional provides recommended list of Google apps to setup, and incorporates feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Implementation and Training
  • Professional sets up requested Google Workspace apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.
  • Professional sets up Gmail with an initial set of email groups (if necessary)
  • Professional sets up G Suite account admin privileges for Organization’s designated admin users
  • Professional provides a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users

Out of Hand makes shows, games and public art, for venues including parks, homes, businesses and theaters. Through annual free public arts events and original works, we embrace new audiences, celebrate community, and create moments of mass intimacy. We collaborate with scientists, artists, businesses, schools and civic organizations to create events reflecting their work, we train others to unlock their creativity and to innovate, and we bring Atlanta public art to thousands of people in Atlanta and beyond every year.
