What we have in place
  • We currently have an expired strategic plan and an updated outline,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the support of the Board of Directors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,550 , allowing us to be more impactful in fulfilling our mission, improve our brand messaging, grow our membership, and identify different revenue streams to support additional programming.

The success of our organization depends on the value we provide to our members and the community served. Without your help, we cannot timely update our Strategic Plan because of budget deficits. Your skills will empower us to have a more focused mission/vision and be more impactful.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with outline detailing current standing, strengths, weaknesses and competition, mission statement and vision, and overview of current strategies

Milestone 1: Analysis
  • Professional analyzes prep materials
  • Professional brainstorms with Volunteer Manager to better understand services, programs, activities, staffing and finances
  • Professional explores possibilities for new efforts, identifies opportunities, determines where change is possible and adjusts plans

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional refines the Organization’s mission, vision and values (if necessary)
  • Professional proposes strategic goals and objectives with tactics to reach those goals
  • Professional provides evidence of success of the proposed strategies and ways to measure the outcomes
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional's proposals
