What we'd like to talk about
I'd like some help with how to develop and implement a fundraising plan that works. We have one now but have not obtained desired funds.
Additional context
Our budget is stuck at $30,000. We are having problems obtaining this amount on a consistent basis. Should we hire a development director or consultant part time? Would that really help?
