Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- We currently have exports of historical donations, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 2018 donations already in Salesforce, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,998 , allowing us to support full scholarships for two of our incredible students!
In our Salesforce migration, we need help migrating our donation history from the past five years. Assistance from a professional that can take all of this data, likely in an SQL dump, and move it to Salesforce would save us an incredible amount of time, as well as help us effectively move the historical data so it is properly imported into Salesforce. This historical data is critical to our ability to retain and engage donors and will have an immediate impact on our fundraising and donor relationships.

IEFT operates Orkeeswa School, a community- based secondary school located in an under- served Maasai village in the Monduli Hills of northern Tanzania. By offering our students a diverse array of programs, opportunities and resources, we are developing a generation of well-rounded and inspired leaders in Orkeeswa Village, who are equipped and motivated to make a positive impact on their communities. Each member of IEFT’s international and Tanzanian staff is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of Orkeeswa’s over 225 students.
