What we have in place
  • We currently have Org Charts, Job Descriptions, Employee Survey, HR Generalist, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Staff resources to answer questions and provide requested content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to This project will save us approximately $5k in upfront cost, but will result in ongoing savings as a result of productivity and staff engagement improvements.

Jeremiah Program is a national non-profit celebrating our 20th year. Our flagship campus is Minneapolis-St. Paul. The campus was most recently led by an accomplished interim Executive Director who recommends an analysis of current workflow and positions. As the organization has grown nationally, needs have changed. This work will enhance employee engagement, improve efficiencies, and ultimately allow us to serve more families, more effectively.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with current job descriptions and Organization chart along with background information about the Organization’s mission and goals
  • Professional reviews documents shared, requests any additional information needed, and creates an agenda for the project goal-setting call.

Milestone 1: Goal Establishment & Needs Analysis
  • Professional connects with Organization for a brainstorming/overview session and gathers information about any current issues with flow and efficiency within the Organization
  • Professional analyzes current job roles and reporting structure

Milestone 2: Initial Draft
  • Professional refines the job descriptions and reporting structure
  • Professional maps out an Organization chart
  • Professional shares first draft with Volunteer Manager

Milestone 3: Design & Chart Delivery
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional’s proposals
  • Professional incorporates feedback and delivers an Organizational Design and chart ready for implementation
