Project details

What we need
  • An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
  • An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
  • A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
  • We currently have a pro bono architect on board who is helping us to identify changes needed to the site and existing facility. We also have a pro bono attorney team that is helping us to negotiate a partnership with the County. Our Executive Director started a similar education and training facility for a different nonprofit organization several years ago.

Given this, we are hoping this will be a relatively quick project to complete.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to use our limited resources to safeguard more that 500 rare imperilled species in region, and train over 200 Citizen Scientists to help us with our work.

We have the opportunity to develop an education and training center for our organization in partnership with Clear Creek County. This would be a new undertaking for our organization and help us to fulfill our mission to protect biodiversity. We are looking for an outside expert to help us create a business plan for this venture - partly to make sure it is a success, but also to help us evaluate whether we should proceed.

Our mission

Rocky Mountain Wild protects, connects, and restores wildlife and wild lands in the southern Rocky Mountain region.

What we do

Our region has over 500 rare and imperiled plant and animal species. We protect the biodiversity of the southern Rockies by making sure that these species have habitat and room to roam.

Testimonials

Working with Aditi on the project was great. We were in the early stages of figuring out a plan for developing an educational site and she helped us think through the details and stages. She also put together a professional plan that I could present to my board of directors. Early in the project, I asked her to nudge me if I was procrastinating - and she did! Without her, this project idea might still be languishing on my desk.
