Project details

What we need
  • Assessment of specific Organizational needs mapped to specific board roles
  • Outline of ideal board structure and opportunities for new roles
  • Candidate evaluation guide for prospective board members
  • Marketing tools and guidance on how to execute recruitment
  • Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
What we have in place
  • We currently have a comprehensive 5 year expansion plan and 5 year budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have roles and responsibilities for board members, AHHAH at a glance, elevator speech, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,395 , allowing us to bring our trauma informed arts and mindfulness programs to more children and families in Head Start and subsidized pre-K schools.

AHHAH is at an important junction. West Chester University wants to conduct a 5 year longitudinal study of our Head Start Pre-K Arts and Mindfulness Program. The demands for our programs are exceeding our staff and board capacity . To meet the demands and continue our impact on alleviating ACE's and building resiliency with over 2000 children we need experts on our board to guide and support AHHAH in the areas of development and operations.
