What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
What we have in place
  • We currently have a framework and strategy for engagement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our 2017-2020 strategic direction, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Better communicate to our community, staff, partners and funders about the work and impact we aim to have in the community.

We are designing a framework for engagement that will tell the story of how CLUES is and plans to engage community as co-creators in our work of advancing equity for Latinos in Minnesota. We are seeking an image that can communicate our theory of change and the value of relationships in our work.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

CLUES (Comunidaded Latinas Unidas en Servicio) mission is to advance the capacity of Latino families and individuals to be healthy, prosperous and engaged in their communities.

What we do

CLUES is Minnesota's largest Latino-led nonprofit, founded in 1981 to provide linguistically and culturally relevant services. Our programs connect individuals and families to resources, skills, institutions and opportunities. We bundle services across Health & Wellness, Economic Empowerment and Educational Enrichment to meet the complex and interrelated needs of our community.

Our services uphold and celebrate cultural richness and community assets. We welcome immigrants and low-income individuals from all walks of life who dream of a better future.
