Organizational Strategy Call

Call details

What we'd like to talk about

North Light's Executive Committee would like to brainstorm around strategies for approaches around lead staff transitions.

Additional context

Our 80+ year old multi-service (budget around $1 million annually) is expecting the current Executive Director to retire at end of 2019. As part of the current transition plan, it's current Development Director of 5 years has been being groomed to transition into Interim Executive Director, but has recently decided to change career direction and will be leaving the agency in 3 months. Board leadership feels it would be helpful to bounce ideas and also hear about successful strategies for similar transitions and possible restructuring of staff roles.

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
