What we'd like to talk about
I'm hoping for help shaping the deliverables and skills needed for two future projects: 1) Salesforce data structure; 2) recommended data archive/warehouse structure and tool.
Additional context
My organization is fundraising to implement Salesforce within the next year. In prep and to reduce implementation cost, we are seeking volunteer help from our corporate partners, a local technical university, and others.
I'm new to technology and not sure how to structure the projects for success. I'm also not clear on the skill set(s) required to complete it. I want to be sure the work we propose has clear and achievable deliverables, can be completed within 100 hours, and results in an end-product that significantly furthers our progress. I suspect it'll be useful for me to speak to a data engineer and/or someone experienced in the technical side of project managing, hiring for, and implementing data warehouses and/or CRMs.
