What we need
- A written analysis of the Organization's position in the community it serves and its ability to address identified needs/problems for its beneficiaries
- A summary of the Organization's strengths and weaknesses, related to its program goals as needed
- A summary of competitors or potential collaborators
- An appendix of all data gathered to perform analysis, including sources
What we have in place
- We currently have data on all contracted schools and a list of our competition, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to staff and access to current customers that could form a focus group, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to use the funds to help subsidize at least four children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to experience this unique camp experience.
Our organization is at a crossroads. In the three years since I arrived, we have gone from stagnant enrollment in our summer programs to a 30% growth that helped us reach during the summer our full capacity and the largest enrollment in our 96 year history. The board would now like to see the same type of growth in our fall and spring programs which are actually much larger and reach across a larger spectrum of youth. However there are additional complexities that require additional expertise. These include possibly entering a new market with new kinds of competition.

Our mission is to deliver a unique camp experience to young people concentrated in the greater Philadelphia area, without regard to economic circumstances. Our programs foster personal growth and provide a safe, affordable and nurturing place for young people to enjoy the outdoors while learning about themselves, others and the environment.
