I'd like strategic advice on talent recruitment from the community. I am a volunteer with Retired Senior Voluntary Program of Burlington County NJ. Recruitment to the Advisory Council.

It was a pleasure speaking with Ravi and Donald today to learn more about Burlington County RSVP and to hear about their Advisory Board recruiting challenge. This organization has delivered great value to the county over the years and there is clearly a lot of passion coming from the RSVP volunteers. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to connect and provide advice on how to conquer recruiting in the volunteerism space.
