What we'd like to talk about
I'd like some help with Finding funding for hiring an Executive Director. Currently all of our donations
go to the Hawaii Fire Department.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
Our mission
To recognize and/or provide awards to members of the Hawaii County Fire Department for going beyond the call of duty; raise and provide funding or equipment to the Hawaii County Fire Department for the purchase of rescue equipment and related training in the use of such rescue equipment;
and to educate the public regarding ocean safety. The Daniel Sayre Foundation exists to supplement these needs and, hopefully, save lives.
