This project will save us $3,000, allowing us to focus on the actual recruitment of new members and share key messaging with the rest of the staff.

What We Need

  • A communications strategy that includes:
    • Review of communications goals and target audiences
    • Identification of the best delivery methods, and the best timelines to use, based on goals and audience
    • Messaging guidelines and sample messaging, based on audiences and delivery methods
    • Outline of execution steps to implement the plan

How This Will Help

The success of our organization depends on a clear and engaging membership strategy.. Without your help, we cannot communicate and marketing our services to potential members.. Your skills will empower us to talk about NPCC and how we can help nonprofits thrive..

What We Have In Place

We currently have an engagement plan which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committed committee and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Fun Fact

We are a member organization going through a strategic plan. What does that mean? We are open and willing to try new things, get messy, and learn along the way. We are excited to create a comms strategy that shares our mission with others!
