What we'd like to talk about
We've been having problems optimizing our Wordpress website. We're hoping you can help us figure out what to do to increase the site speed - including potentially removing widgets or editing files.
Additional context
In particular, when running speed tests, we receive a few poor scores, which prompt the suggestions: 1) combine external Javascript; 2) Combine external CSS; 3) Remove query strings from static resources; and 4) Parallelize downloads across hostnames.
We have a vague understanding how some of these things work, and think it might be related to the widgets and plugins we have running on the site. However, we haven't figured out a good way to troubleshoot the problem, or make the changes the site tests suggest. Hoping you can help us out!
